i am afraid i can't help you a lot. sincee i don't know which products are available for you...
i'm working with professional silicons that aren't available anywhere but in austria (as far as i know)
but there are many other products that should do the trick as long as you don't need it superprofessional..
visit the indymogul channel pn youtube and have a look... youtube gives you a lot of torturials..

for cuts and scars etc it's important that you only use thin layers of hwateverproduct you're fine with...

be sure to powder the scar (white or skincolored powder) so it's not too glossy

i like to just put on a layer of fake-skin, then cut it with a plastic knife (doesn't hurt the model ) and then fill in the blood (if you cover the prostetic's ends with a little blood you can hide the small differences like color etc.)

i would recomand painting on the scars and cuts if they arent to deep or have to be sewen up...
scars with a lighter version of the skin-tone and cuts with fake blood

oh and btw. if you take those very thin paperhandkerchiefs... (kleenex) and then use only one layer, hold it under water and put it on the skin it gets nearly invisible! so for small scars you can also use this method by just making either small cuts or folds into the paper (carefull with the blood, the wet paperlayer stil sucks the liquid blood: try it on your arm or sth like that first)
